City Travel Tip #1403

Appreciate works of art in London’s most famous galleries

Works of art on display for all kinds of tastes, from classics to contemporary, passing through English art from the beginning of the century. All this is possible to enjoy in London without paying anything.

Just choose: Tate Modern (modern and contemporary art) or Tate Britain (British art), on the banks of the Thames; National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery in Trafalgar Square.

Alternatively, two smaller but no less impressive galleries: the Wallace Collection , which is just off Oxford St. and the Serpentine Galleries , two art exhibition spaces in the middle of Hyde Park.

Discover and enjoy!
